BOOKING POLICY

BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT AT 2ND SKIN STUDIO, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE

TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN IT'S ENTIRETY:

Results are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be given on any services, ever. No exceptions.

Although we offer the highest degree of detail, level of experience and dedication to all of our procedures, and stand behind the highly technical services we provide, we unfortunately have no control over other many other factors that may adversely affect the healing process, pigment retention, or longevity of your cosmetic pigmentation or lash extension results. Please be aware, additional touchups may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. For brows, liner & lip procedures, the use of cosmetic products may still be required to achieve your desired look.

CORRECTIVE OR EXISTING TATTOOS
Prior to booking your new appointment, please send us clear photos of your existing tattoo via email (andrea@2ndskinstudio.com), so we can assess and determine if we can make touchups or revisions. We cannot guarantee results for corrective or cover-up work. If previous work is too dark, discoloured or misshaped, tattoo removal is highly recommended before booking an appointment with us to achieve best results. Corrective/cover-up work generally requires multiple sessions and additional touchups will be charged accordingly.

 

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
As a small business, a large part of our success depends on a mutual respect of time. We require at least 24 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours prior to it's original time will be subjected to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the original service value. 

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment, and you may be charged a fee according to the cancellation policy outlined above.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the original service value to the credit card on file for clients who fail to show up to their appointments without 24 hours cancellation notification.

PROCEDURE REFUSAL

We may refuse to perform procedures on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons. This includes all clients who:

Are under 18 years of age

Are pregnant or nursing

Is visibly ill or intoxicated

Is currently using or has recently used Accutane within 12 months

Is currently undergoing chemo and/or radiation treatments, or last treatment less than 6 months ago​

Has a serious heart condition

With skin diseases, open wounds or inflammations

Has had Botox in the last two weeks

Has gotten a deep tan or chemical peel in the last two weeks

Requires anesthetic and is allergic to lidocaine, tetracaine, or epinephrine

Taking blood thinning medications

With HIV/AIDS, Hep-B Positive, or any other serious blood disease/disorder

With significant mental health disorders, or severe difficulty in making decisions for themselves

Anyone with serious medical conditions such as diabetes, lupus or an auto-immune disorder, should consult with their doctors and obtain their approval and must have note from their medical doctor approving the microblading procedure

If you show up to your appointment and are turned away due to any of the above conditions, you will be subject to the cancellation policy fee guidelines.

PRICING 

Our prices are subject to change at anytime. Please note that our online rates are estimates; final pricing will be discussed during your consultation based on desired results. Rates may increase due to unforeseen and/or special circumstances.

PAYMENT
We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa / MC / Amex). Credit card payments will be charged an additional 5% processing fee. Unfortunately, debit cards and personal checks are not accepted.

Gift certificates are available upon request.

REFUNDS
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICE THAT IS PROVIDED AT 2ND SKIN STUDIO
